Please note that hirers must be aged 18 or over.

Certain activities such as performance of live or recorded music, plays, exhibition of films, and the sale of alcohol, are licensable and the nature of the event must be made clear to the bookings secretary.

Hirers will be required to read, complete, sign and return the hiring agreement. Events are charged at an hourly rate according to the nature of the event, and a damages deposit may also be required, depending on the nature of the event. All fees and deposits must be paid in advance before a hire contract can be completed.

The Hall management committee reserves the right to decline a potential hire.
